Refund Policy
All items are non-returnable / non-refundable because each order is personalized and made just for you. Once an order is placed, we can’t resell it to another customer or reuse it, so please double-check your details before submitting.

Please note:
1. Once your order is submitted, it can’t be canceled as we start production immediately.
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we can offer a partial refund (with a $20 fee deducted for design and processing work already started).
2. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, including any return/exchange shipping and import/customs fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Orders purchased with discount codes aren’t eligible for returns or replacements.
4. If you need to return an item (for eligible reasons), please check your local post office for the actual shipping fee. We recommend using the most affordable registered airmail option.
5. For lost or stolen packages after shipping, please contact your local post office with your tracking number to file a claim. Unfortunately, we can’t reimburse lost/stolen packages, as this is beyond our control.
