Do you offer free shipping?

We’ve got your shipping covered! Enjoy free worldwide shipping on orders over $75 USD.
For orders under $75, standard delivery is just $4.99.

If you'd like faster shipping with UPS or FedEx, simply leave a note at checkout, we'll get in touch to confirm the extra cost.

Do you ship to all countries?

Almost! If we can ship to your country, you’ll see it as an option when you enter your shipping address during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

After you confirm the final design draft, we’ll produce and package your order within 1–3 business days before shipping.

If you’re ordering for a special date or gift, please order early and let us know in the note section.

Since all products are custom-made, please double-check your personalization details (including text and capitalization) before placing your order.
If there’s any issue with your custom request, we’ll reach out for confirmation — this may slightly delay processing.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Usually delivered in 5–10 business days. We do our best to ship quickly so you can enjoy your order as soon as possible!

Are there duty & customs fees?

Most pricing already includes duties and taxes for many countries.
However, sometimes extra fees may be charged by local customs upon arrival, which customers are responsible for.
By ordering, you agree to cover any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may apply in your country.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking number by email and in your account.
You can track your package:
Log in to your account and view order details.
Use your tracking number on the carrier’s website.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We’re not liable for packages marked as delivered or theft after delivery. For mis-delivered packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier.

Can I change the delivery address after shipping?

Please check your address carefully before placing your order.
Once shipped, address changes are usually difficult, but if possible, we’ll do our best to help.
If the carrier allows it, an extra fee may apply (depending on their policy).

Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?

No!Unfortunately, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Please provide a physical address for delivery.
